What areas do you deliver to?
We service the Surf Coast, Geelong and the Bellarine. If your event is outside these areas, please get in touch — additional travel fees may apply.
How long does set up and pack down take?
We allow up to one hour for set up and one hour for pack down.
What ages is the soft play suitable for?
Our soft play is designed for children aged 0–3 years.
Can it be set up indoors and outdoors?
Our soft play can be set up indoors or outdoors. If set up outside, it must be in a fully undercover area.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
We require a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Full payment is due seven days before the event.
How is everything cleaned?
All soft play equipment and games are thoroughly cleaned using environmentally conscious, baby safe products — ensuring a safe and hygienic play environment for little ones.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, we require at least 7 days’ notice prior to your event date.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before your event will receive a refund of any payments made, excluding the $50 non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of your event will result in the loss of the full booking payment, due to equipment and staff being reserved for your event.
